Warwick Smith is a seasoned venture capitalist with decades of experience in leadership, corporate finance and M&A with a focus on the resource sector since 1999.
At just 30 years old, Warwick was a founding shareholder of Riverside Resources Inc. before becoming CEO of Western Pacific Resources Corp. at age 33 where he successfully negotiated the transaction to acquire the Deer Trail Mine (now operated by MAG Silver) while concurrently closing $18M in capital.
As current CEO and Director of America Pacific Mining Corp., Smith negotiated the transaction to purchase the past-producing Madison Mine in Montana, a joint venture, earn-in agreement with major, Rio Tinto, a transaction that has subsequently been nominated for the S&P Global Platts Deal Of The Year for 2020.
As an industry expert, Smith has been featured on Bloomberg, Benzinga, Mining Journal, Northern Mining, S&P Global Platts, Kitco, Traders TV and Mining Weekly and continues to be a significant early investor in both technology and mining companies.

Mr. Saderholm is a professional Geologist, American Pacific's President and Newmont’s former Exploration Manager for the Western US. Mr Saderholm has worked on many large mines and projects including Bingham Canyon, Carlin, Midas, Gold Quarry, Twin Creeks, Lonetree, Mule Canyon, Black Pine, Genesis and Yanacocha. He has almost 3 decades of experience in the minerals industry with leadership in exploration, project development, property management and mining. Mr. Saderholm has been integral to geologic teams that added millions of ounces of gold to reserve bases in Nevada, Washington and Peru. Mr. Saderholm was Vice President, Project Development at US Gold from August 2006 until early 2008. Prior to that position, he was at Newmont Mining Corp for 12 years where his final position was Carlin Trend Exploration Manager, Regional Geologist. At Newmont, he also held the positions of Chief Geologist at the Phoenix Mine, Lone Tree Complex and Mule Canyon Mine. Mr. Saderholm served as the President of Western Pacific Resources Corp. from its inception in June 2009 to July 2015.
Mr. Cunningham is a geologist with over 47 years of world-wide exploration experience. During his professional career he worked for Houston Oil and Minerals, Tenneco Minerals and Uranerz Exploration and Mining. From 2003 until 2016 Mr. Cunningham served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Miranda Gold Corp. During his tenure as CEO of Miranda he was instrumental in building Miranda’s exploration team, acquiring key projects, negotiating joint ventures and strategic alliances as well as building awareness of Miranda in both the financial and investment communities. In the past Mr. Cunningham has served on the Board of Directors of CopperBank Resources Corp. and has also served as a director with Red Eagle Mining Corporation and Teras Resources Inc. Mr. Cunningham has a BS degree in geology from Oregon State University and an MS degree in geology from Texas Christian University. He is a licensed Professional Geologist and a past president of the Geologic Society of Nevada.

Alnesh Mohan is a finance executive with over 20 years of experience providing advisory services to a wide array of clients. He has been a partner at Quantum Advisory Partners LLP, a professional services firm focused on providing Chief Financial Officer and full-cycle accounting services to private and public companies, since 2005. Acting on behalf of several public companies, Alnesh has acquired considerable experience in financial reporting, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, a Master’s of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA).
Mr. Lang is an executive leader with 12+ years of capital markets and corporate development experience in the natural resource sector. Mr. Lang has led or co-led more than $50 million in capital raises and has significant transaction experience negotiating and structuring project acquisitions, as well as joint-venture and strategic alliance partnerships. Joness is currently the Executive VP with Maple Gold Mines Ltd. (TSX-V: MGM) and has served as an executive / provided advisory services for numerous clients in the precious metals sector throughout his career. Mr. Lang holds a BCom degree (honours) from Royal Roads University and a Marketing Management Entrepreneurship diploma (honours) from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
